Subject: Bioware Rewrite

The bioware system has been completly rewrote, bringing it into line with the 3rd Edition rules for Bioware as dictated by the Man and Machine Sourcebook. This provides support for a much wider range of bioware implants and also the balancing measures to stop people using it too much. I hope you enjoy this update.
